In 1969, to meet the precast concrete demands of Northwest utility and highway departments, Oldcastle Precast — Utility Vault opened a plant in Wilsonville, Oregon. Today, an experienced engineering staff and 85 dedicated employees manufacture more than 150 products in our modern production facility.
